1. Agreement and Agency Role

Nursing Homework Services  acts as an intermediary between the Customer and a qualified nursing expert. The Agency’s role is to match Customers with Experts to fulfill orders (“the Work”) as per the Customer’s instructions. The Agency reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion. If an order is refused, the Agency will refund the payment made by the Customer. The prices and delivery times quoted on the Site are estimates and may vary. In such cases, the Agency will notify the Customer and offer the option of a refund if the new terms are not acceptable.

2. Commencement and Term of Agreement

This Agreement commences when the Agency confirms the availability of an Expert to undertake the Customer’s order and has received payment (“Commencement Date”). The Agreement remains in effect until the time allowed for amendments has expired, unless terminated earlier in accordance with these terms.

3. Services Provided

The Agency agrees to provide research and/or assessment services based on the Customer’s instructions. The Agency will assign an Expert who is deemed qualified and experienced to handle the Customer’s order. Once the Agency has accepted an order and received payment, the order is binding, and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise specified in these terms.

4. Customer Cooperation

The Customer must provide clear and accurate instructions when placing an order. Failure to provide the necessary information may result in delays for which the Agency will not be held responsible. The Customer acknowledges that delays caused by their failure to provide instructions may affect delivery times, and the Agency’s “On Time Completion Guarantee” will not apply in such cases.

5. Communication and Approval

All communications regarding orders will be conducted through the email address or phone number provided by the Customer. The Agency will assume that any instructions received via these channels are from the Customer.

6. Delivery and Completion Guarantee

The Agency guarantees delivery of the Work by the agreed deadline, except in cases of technical issues, illness, or other extenuating circumstances. If the Work is not delivered on time, the Customer must notify the Agency within one business day. Failure to do so will absolve the Agency of any liability. If a delay occurs due to factors within the Agency’s control, and no resolution can be found, the Customer will be eligible for a full refund, and the Work will still be delivered free of charge.

7. Plagiarism Guarantee

Nursing Homework Services guarantees that all Work provided will be original and free from plagiarism. In the event that plagiarism is detected, the Customer must report it immediately, and the Expert responsible will be required to rectify the issue. If the plagiarism is confirmed, the Expert may be held accountable to pay a penalty. However, the Agency will not be responsible for direct reimbursement but will facilitate the resolution.

8. Data Protection

The Customer agrees that the Agency may store personal information provided during the order process. The Agency will not share personal information with third parties, except as necessary to process payments or provide services, or as required by law. The Agency’s Privacy Policy provides further details on how personal data is handled.

9. Amendments to In-Progress Work

Customers cannot make significant changes to order instructions once the Work has begun. Minor amendments or additional supporting information may be provided, but the Customer acknowledges that such changes may cause delays and additional charges.

10. Amendments to Completed Work

If the delivered Work does not meet the original specifications, the Customer may request amendments within seven days of delivery. The first amendment request will be completed free of charge. Additional requests or those falling outside the original scope may incur additional fees.

11. Payment and Refunds

All orders must be paid in full before the Work begins unless the Agency agrees to a payment plan. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with the conditions outlined in these terms, and any request for cancellation must be made before payment is completed. The Agency may issue refunds or store credits at its discretion.

12. Copyright and Usage

The Customer is granted a license to use the delivered Work as a model or example for educational purposes only. The Customer does not own the copyright to the Work and agrees not to distribute, resell, or submit the Work as their own. The Agency reserves the right to refuse services to Customers suspected of using the Work in a manner that violates these terms.

13. Liability and Indemnity

The Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Work. The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Agency, its employees, and Experts from any claims arising from the improper use of the Work.

14. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction].
