  • No Content Rewriting: Our proofreading service does not include substantial rewriting or content creation. If your document requires significant changes in content or structure, we recommend opting for our editing or rewriting services.
  • No Guarantee of Perfection: While we strive for the highest quality in our proofreading services, we do not guarantee that the document will be completely error-free. Human error and subjective differences in language use may result in minor oversights.

5. Turnaround Time

  • Standard Delivery: The turnaround time for proofreading services depends on the length and complexity of the document as well as the client’s deadline requirements. We will provide an estimated delivery time at the time of order placement.
  • Rush Orders: For urgent proofreading requests, rush order services may be available at an additional cost. Rush orders are prioritized but subject to availability based on our editors’ workload.
