Provide an introduction
Identify and describe the selected National Patient Safety Goal or another external benchmark and why the issue addressed in the benchmark is a concern for healthcare systems.
Discuss how the benchmark is supportive of patient-centered care and explain the impact of the selected benchmark on patient experience outcomes.
Propose a strategy to support the achievement of the benchmark within the healthcare system. Explain the impact of the solution on workflow within and between systems in the organization. Discuss how the proposed strategy will enhance the patient experience.
