• Pharmacy
• Social Work (Both BA and MA)
• Community Specialist Practitioners
• Sexual Health
• Speciality Public Health Nursing
• Children, Schools and Family
• Community Social Care, Policy and Practice

Reflecting on IPE Congress Workshops

You were allocated to 3 workshops delivered by the local community groups. Themes of workshops included:

• Sexual abuse
• Homelessness
• Offenders and the Prison system
• Victims of crime
• Children and Young people
• Child exploitation
• Youth Suicide
• Drug and Alcohol
• Health conditions such as MS, Chron’s and Colitis, Laryngectomy, Physical and Mental Health.

You need to reflect on activities that you had in the IPE Congress workshops sessions using Borton’s model and consider the following points during your write up: – What is the benefit of having the discussion with the other (students, healthcare professionals, community members, patient groups)? – How did these workshops/discussions will improve the level of counselling you will be able to give to your patients in the future? Would it be different if there were only pharmacists involved?
