Option 3: What did you See, Hear, and Feel as you watch the film? Filmmaker Michael Moore felt that corporations and their CEOs are “out of touch” with what the majority want, because the majority of citizens are women and the working poor. Does it matter whether or not CEOs know who the “majority” are and what they want? Include a discussion of global dynamics associated with this “not knowing” and perhaps not wanting to know? How can developing diversity consciousness positively impact the situation(s) you have identified and reduce/ eliminate the costs of inadequate diversity consciousness?
